About This Course
This is an advanced level course for disaster volunteers to understand the basic concepts of CPR in a disaster response setting. At the end of the Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation training, disaster workers and volunteers will have assessed their readiness to respond in the context of immediately care for victims of cardiac arrest, and learned how to care for choking adults, children, and infants. This training is to provide disaster volunteers with an understanding of how to perform CPR when no other option is available.
