LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ELECTIVE TRAINING
Disaster Volunteerism 103 level training is designed for leaders and managers who manage volunteers and workers. This level gives leaders the tools to assess their programs risks and safely place their team in the right roles. Learners will acquire beneficial skill to perform risk assessments, develop plans and coordinate teams and to be ready to respond safely and effectively.
